Continuing Education Credits/Professional Development Hours
Attendance at the North Carolina Environmental Conference may meet the requirements for those seeking continuing education credits (CEC) or professional development hours (PDH) in a variety of environmental fields.
Attendees should confirm with their own specific professional credit issuing organization(s) as to the specific requirements and eligibility to obtain CECs/PDHs from conference attendance. Please note that any continuing education credits from the conference should be considered as “self reporting” as NCEC does not file for continuing education credits on behalf of attendees.
After the conference, a certificate of participation for up to 10 hours of instruction will automatically be emailed to attendees, or attendees may request a hard copy on site at the Attendee Registration Desk. Attendees may also request by email a .pdf of the conference program.
The North Carolina Environmental Conference currently seeks renewal each year as an “approved provider” of continuing education for the entities listed below.
